S.A.G.E is a technology platform that connects: Elders and their families (“Families”) with Independent caregivers (“Caregivers”)
S.A.G.E is not a care provider. We are a technology intermediary and do not employ caregivers or provide medical, healthcare, or home care services.
2. Eligibility
You must:
1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Provide accurate registration information.
3. Use the Platform lawfully.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining account confidentiality.
All activity under your account.
Keeping your information current.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
4. Matching & AI Functionality
Our platform uses AI to recommend matches based on:
1. Preferences
2. Location
3. Skills
4. Availability

Matches are recommendations only and do not guarantee suitability or outcomes.
5. No Employment Relationship
Caregivers are independent contractors. S.A.G.E is not an employer or agency. All agreements are directly between users
6. Payments
Payments may be processed via third parties (e.g., Stripe). S.A.G.E facilitates transactions but is not liable for disputes. Fees and refund policies are disclosed within the Platform
7. User Responsibilities
Families:
Conduct independent screening
Provide accurate care details
Ensure a safe environment
Caregivers:
Provide truthful credentials
Deliver services professionally
Maintain required certifications
8. Background Checks Disclaimers
Any verification tools are:
1. Optional
2. Not guaranteed to be accurate
3. Users are responsible for independent vetting.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not:
1. Harass or harm others
2. Provide false information
3. Use the Platform unlawfully
10. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, branding, and content are owned by S.A.G.E and protected by law.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is.”
S.A.G.E does not guarantee:
1. Match quality
2. Service outcomes
3. Availability of users
12. Limitation of Liability
S.A.G.E is not liable for:
1. User interactions
2. Injuries, losses, or disputes
3. Indirect or consequential damages
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify S.A.G.E against claims arising from:
1. Your use of the Platform
2. Your conduct or violations
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations or risk.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
16. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through:
